COURTXIDE LABS is a DBA of Saberton LLC, a Washington State limited liability company.

a. Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

Accounts are created after a booking to enable access to reports, session history, and membership features.

b. In-Lab Video & Performance Data

During COURTXIDE LABS sessions, we capture performance data including:

  • High-speed video recordings of athletic movement

  • Still image “snapshots” of strokes used as performance baselines

  • Session metadata (timestamps, camera views, stroke classifications)

Video Retention

  • Full video recordings are stored locally and deleted:

    • automatically after 14 days, or

    • earlier upon customer request

Image Retention

  • Still images (snapshots) used for baseline comparison are retained to support longitudinal performance tracking

  • These images are deleted upon request at any time

You retain ownership of your content.

c. Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Browser and device type

  • Pages viewed and interaction data

  • Referring URLs

This information is collected via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Deliver COURTXIDE services and performance analysis

  • Generate reports and baseline comparisons

  • All AI-assisted analysis is performed locally

COURTXIDE’s AI systems are designed for private, session-specific analysis only.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • COURTXIDE does not store credit card numbers

  • Payment information is handled according to Stripe’s privacy and security practices
