COURTXIDE LAB

Built for Progress, Designed for Confidence

For the first time, COURTXIDE helped me understand what was actually happening in my strokes, not just how they felt.

Every COURTXIDE journey begins with a structured assessment lab.

Before any changes are suggested, we establish a quantitative baseline using synchronized, multi-angle high-speed video and AI-assisted biomechanical analysis. This initial assessment captures how your body actually moves through each phase of the stroke — loading, sequencing, rotation, contact, and recovery.

Key variables such as joint angles, hip–shoulder separation, trunk rotation velocity, and balance profiles are measured using a repeatable protocol. This ensures that future comparisons are meaningful and progress is trackable over time. Only once this baseline is established do decisions follow.

The CX Assessment Lab delivers clarity and confidence, not guesswork. In a single 60-minute session, players receive a structured performance report explaining what is happening, why it’s happening, and which variables matter most.

Wellness

Every session is recorded using synchronized, high-speed machine-vision cameras to capture movement from multiple angles — without relying on memory or feel.

Beauty

Captured motion is analyzed using biomechanical models and pattern recognition to quantify sequencing, timing, and efficiency across each stroke and iterate improvements.

Massage

Baseline metrics are established, changes are verified, and progress is tracked over time — creating a continuous loop from measurement to improvement.
